1. Overview
Career Roadmap Blueprint is sold both online (physical book delivery) and through authorized dealers. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds or replacements may be provided.
2. Physical Book Orders (Online or Dealer Purchase)
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following situations:
- The book received is damaged during delivery.
- The book received is incorrect (not the one ordered).
- The book has missing pages or printing defects.
- In such cases, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order, with clear photos/video proof of the issue.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Books already used, marked, folded, or written in
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- If eligible, we will replace the book or initiate a refund to the original payment method.
3. Digital Content (if applicable)
If any digital version, PDF, or e-learning content is provided:
No refunds are provided once access is granted or the file/link is delivered, due to the nature of digital goods.
4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Email or contact us with:
- Name
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Photo/video evidence of the issue
- We will verify and respond within 5–7 business days.
5. Shipping for Returns (If Required)
If we request the book to be returned:
- The product must be in unused, original condition.
- Return shipping instructions will be provided.
- Replacement shipping is free in case of valid claim.
6. Purchases Through Dealers
If purchased through an authorized dealer, your refund/replacement request must be made directly with the dealer, as per their shop policy. However, in case of dispute, you may contact us for verification of authenticity.
